What To Expect
Before Your Visit
Complete your forms in advance and bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records.
Fasting Labs
If you are scheduled for bloodwork, please fast for 8 hours prior to your visit unless instructed otherwise. Water and usual medications are generally okay unless advised differently.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any last minute paperwork so we can keep your appointment on sched
