Born in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Silberman developed a lifelong commitment to discipline, perseverance, and service at an early age.

During World War II, he served as a communications officer aboard the USS Arkansas, an experience that demanded calm and decision-making under pressure—qualities that continue to define his approach to medicine.

As the practice expanded, Dr. Jeffrey Rosen joined Dr. Silberman, helping to grow the office while maintaining the same commitment to patient-centered care that defined its early years. Together they built a medical practice rooted in long-term relationships, continuity of care, and a deep connection to the Coral Gables community.

Through the years, the practice continued to evolve, welcoming additional physicians and providers while preserving the culture that Dr. Silberman established.
