Dr. Rosen graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1979 and completed his residency at Brookdale Hospital, serving as chief Resident.
As a founding member of PrimeHealth Physicians, Dr. Rosen has been at the forefront of physician-owned and directed primary care. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine.
